Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026. Published by Fast Lane Ventures LLC, operating Fast Lane Central. Contact: contact@fastlanecentral.com.
1. Information collected
When you contact us, we may receive the name, email address, business information, project description and correspondence you choose to provide. Our website links to an external Google Form rather than collecting form submissions directly. Payment platforms such as Payhip and their payment providers may process email, order, billing and transaction information for checkout and fulfillment under their own privacy disclosures. We do not ask customers to email full payment-card or bank credentials.
2. Website technical information
Hosting and security providers may log technical information such as IP address, device type, timestamps and request details for delivery, availability and abuse prevention. This website offers optional Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). With your affirmative analytics choice, it can record pageviews, referral sources, device/browser information and interactions, including checkout-intent events; those events do not prove a purchase. The website stores your analytics preference locally and loads Google Analytics only after you allow it. You can change this choice through the Cookie Policy. We do not use the Google tag for advertising personalization. Separate platforms linked from this site may set their own cookies or use analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Uses of data
We process information as necessary to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, fulfill purchases, deliver projects, troubleshoot issues, maintain legitimate business records, protect against fraud and honor legal requests. We do not sell customer personal information as part of the site's described business workflow.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information can be handled by hosting, forms, email, e-commerce, payment, file-delivery and other service providers needed to perform the requested transaction. Their separate privacy terms may apply. We may disclose information as required by law or to protect legitimate legal rights.
5. Optional account-connected automations
Where Fast Lane Central operates an explicitly authorized connected-account automation, it accesses only the approved scopes for the specific workflow. The account owner can revoke supported access through the provider's settings. Such authorized workflows may create local logs, file hashes, publication receipts and limited API metadata to prevent duplication and diagnose failures.
6. Retention and requests
Retention depends on the purpose, contractual needs, payment records, legitimate business requirements and applicable law. To request access, correction or deletion of information we control, email contact@fastlanecentral.com with sufficient details to identify the records. We may verify the requester's authority before releasing or deleting records. Some information must be retained to satisfy legal, fraud-prevention or accounting duties.
7. Children
Our website and business products are directed to adults, not children under 13. We do not intentionally solicit personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information contrary to applicable law, we will review and address it through appropriate processes. Customers must be adults or use an appropriately authorized adult purchaser.
8. Security, changes and contact
We use reasonable operational safeguards; no online method is risk free. Material updates will be reflected here with a new effective date. Privacy inquiries and data requests: contact@fastlanecentral.com.
